WE ARE A SMALL SEASONAL HOTEL AND MUST ASK THE FOLLOWING ON WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.

WEEKEND BOOKINGS - A two night stay is required on Weekends for advanced reservations.
HOLIDAY BOOKINGS: MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, LABOR DAY WEEKEND, and FOURTH OF JULY - A three night stay is required for advanced bookings.

Reservations are usually needed in advance. A deposit of one night's rental plus tax is required. The deposit is only refundable with the notification in writing of the cancellation or change 1 week prior to the reservation date.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets in rooms.
